Eurolingua Méditerranée Language Training Centre

Leisure Activities, Excursions and Local Attractions
Many visits can be organised in Sète - the port and fish market, Paul Valéry museum, the Miam, the Molière theatre, the Georges Brassens centre. Also visits to the nearby wine cellars ('caves') - Muscat in Frontignan and Noilly Prat, well known to the British.

The "Etang de Thau" is well known for its oysters and mussels. During your stay in the region you will doubtless enjoy tasting the famous Muscat wine of Frontignan and many other wines and local specialities.

Apart from the beautiful park, beaches, barbeque facilities, relaxation, conference rooms and sports such as volley-ball...you can be sure of a warm welcome and an opportunity to play the famous French game of bowls "pétanques"! Within walking distance are shops, doctors, pharmacy, hospital, swimming pool, tennis courts, sports pitch, scuba-diving...

Enjoy outdoor activities such as sea trips, day excursions to the Cevennes mountains, the famous Camargue, the historical « Citée of Carcassonne » as well as many other attractions in this beautiful Languedoc region of southern France along the Mediterranean coast.

During summer time and school holidays, activities are organised by a young experienced entertainments team for children as well as for adults.

Type of Programmes
The courses are designed for everyone interested in learning French (students, teachers, people on the go…) and those who wish to begin to study French or to deepen their knowledge of the French language and culture.

Standard Group Programme: consists of 15 hours French tuition per week (09h00 to 12h00 Monday to Friday) in small friendly groups of 5 to 8 students.

French Summer Special Programme: every year from early June to late September we benefit from the long Mediterranean summer. Improve jour French and have a great time on our French Summer Special Programme.

Short, Intensive French Courses: available year round for total beginners to advanced level students. Intensive, one-to-one, customised tuition spread over several days or several weeks. Study and learn at your own pace and to meet your own objectives - business, pleasure, exams, travel etc. Ideal as a French 'crash course' or rapid revision programme. French "Language & Lifestyle" Programme: a 25-hour per week French programme which will help you both to improve your language skills and allow you to discover and enjoy various aspects of French culture and way of life with the help of teachers and group leaders (all native French speakers). The "Study at Home and Abroad" Programme
Build your vocabulary and listening skills in the comfort of your home using our Champs-Elysées Audio Magazines and start your Eurolingua study abroad experience in full confidence, ready to maximise your knowledge, fluency and spontaneity in a real-life cultural environment. French Hotel Work Experience (paid): we offer our 'Stage en hôtellerie' programme consisting of paid work experience at one of our partner hotels in and around Montpellier, Nice, on Mediterranean holiday camping sites, Pyrenean and Alpine ski resorts, and in the French Caribbean.
