I also teach basic Russian literature. My wife, Kristina, is a 4th year student of Vitebsk State University (English and German languages). We both have experience teaching foreign languages to Russian children and interpreting for groups of American and Italian tourists. We live in the very centre of the town, near to the University, in a 5-storey brick building. There are lots of shops and markets nearby. Public transportation of many kinds is available just near the house. We have a car, so going anywhere is easy. Sport and medical facilities are available at a very low rate or free of charge in most cases. We have a computer with Internet connection at home. We run a small business (a small shop and dating agency), so it may be interesting for our visitors to get aquainted with some aspects of life here. We have good facilities for teaching Russian: lots of textbooks, videos, computer courses, special methods etc. Our town is very nice and peaceful and welcoming for visitors. So we are waiting for you as our guest. |
