Property is located in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. Close to El Yunque Rainforest US National Park and the beach. Also close to Paradisus Hotel and Resort and Westin Rio Mar Hotel and Resort. We are 12 miles east of San Juan.

Property area is 1,088 M² located in a community with privately control access. There is a whirpool in the yard and a terrace. House area is 3,000 M². Belz Outletsshopping mall is pretty close too. Nice beaches near by.
