A high standard of living in an intimate rural environment where communication and learning are at the heart of the homestay philosophy.

We are 50 kms from Perth city and 5 minutes drive to the beach, small town and National Park where visitors can see koalas and kangaroos as well as other native animals. We can offer a 'Farmstay' style experience in 4 acres of tranquil surroundings coupled with 'optional' tuition in music, painting, creative writing, cooking, Spanish and craft. There is internet access, a private bathroom, a chapel and an enormous covered outdoor area. We aim to have a selection of home-grown fruit and vegetables as well as freshly laid eggs. We cook all types of food: Mexican, Spanish, South American, English, Australian, French, Arabic, Italian etc. You will be well cared for and taken out on excursions several times a week. The house also has its own home cinema where we can watch movies in your language. You will only need enough money for gifts to take back home to your family and possibly a little extra for the longer more, expensive excursions, such as whale or dolphin watching.

The English lessons will be designed to suit your needs. If your learning style is to have fun, then we can have lots of it. If you are more serious and want to go on to university, we can help you with spoken presentations, essays and reports.
