Los Angeles, and 30 minutes to Hollywood, California. We live in the suburbs with many mountains and valleys about. There is a local national forest for camping and hiking. Air quality is good since the prevailing winds blow to Los Angeles, not from Los Angeles, hence no smog. There is a community school called College of the Canyons that is about 20 minutes away by car or 40 by public bus. In the valley about 40 minute drive is California State University Northridge.
