The nearest town is 9 minutes away and Auckland, New Zealand’s largest city, is 1 hour by train or 45 minutes by car. There are 7 sheep (4 white and 3 black) 2 of which are tame and can be fed and petted. The student accommodation is self-contained and has a large study/homework area overlooking the garden. There are tea-making facilities, TV, electric blankets, fridge, heated towel rail and gas fire. Sandy beaches are close by. CHRISTCHURCH, South Island: our home is situated on the Port Hills of Christchurch city and enjoys extensive north and westerly views over the city, the Canterbury Plains and the often snow-clad Southern Alps. We have three double bedrooms, guest bathroom and toilet, separate study with full computer and Internet facilities, modern well equipped kitchen, dining room and separate lounge. Outside, you can relax in a hammock, sit in a spa (hot tub) or admire the view from either of the two decks. GREYMOUTH, South Island: Bushtop is a Colonial Villa located on a sunny hillside overlooking the valley and Tasman Sea. We use solar power, drink fresh rainwater and grow organic vegetables. It is warm, comfortable and we eat well. Comfortable single bed with warm duvet. Built-in wardrobe. Full length mirror. Desk and lamp if required, but there is a separate study area.
