Running (I compete in distance races), reading, country walks. My partner loves baking and gardening.

Edinburgh, Glasgow, New Lanark (World Heritage Site), Tinto Hill, Linlithgow Palace, Stirling, Falkirk Wheel.

Accommodation, Facilities and Local Area
We live close to Lanark, surrounded by beautiful countryside. There is a large garden and easy access (via bus) to town centre/railway station. It is approx 45 minutes by train to Glasgow and 1.5 hours to Edinburgh by bus (although I can drive the student there in under an hour). The house itself is spacious and welcoming. We have a very friendly dog called Gismo.

Lizzy and I would would welcome students of any age or level. Whether they enjoy roaming the Scottish countryside or touring the sites/cities we can accomodate. We are excellent cooks too!
