Accommodation, Facilities and Local Area
Situated in a village on the outskirts of Newbury in a garden of one-third acre (1330 m²) with football, croquet and tennis. Pubs, shops and a post office in the village.

Shopping in nearby Newbury. Only one hour from London Heathrow Airport, one hour from London by train, one hour from Oxford, 30 minutes from Winchester.

One son 24 years living at home. Two sons living independently in Newbury.
