German Homestays in Germany
One-to-One German Homestays
Personalised one-to-one German tuition, learning and living on a full-board basis in your Eurolingua Tutor's own private residence and learning at your own rhythm, pace and level, meeting friends, neighbours and professional colleagues etc.

You share meals and all aspects of social and cultural life as part of your teacher’s family, including local trips and excursions. Formal German lessons are structured around your own subjects of interest for 15, 20 or 25 hours per week, scheduled at the times that suit you best. This leaves plenty of time for your own independent study, activity and tourism and to enjoy a first-hand experience of the real language and lifestyle.

These unique Eurolingua One-to-One German Homestay programmes are available at any time of year and are suitable for students of any age (16 - 75 years) and any language level (beginner to advanced).  Ideal for personal interest, business, travel or examination revision purposes.

All Eurolingua Tutors are fully-qualified teachers and native speakers, experienced in teaching their mother tongue as a foreign language.

One-to-One German Homestay programmes are currently available in: Germany.

BERLIN: I like to communicate with people from other cultures, I am very sporty, like to travel within Germany and go abroad. I like cooking, the cinema, exhibitions and museums as well as excursions in the nature (canooing in the region of Spreewald near Berlin). My daughter Josefine is interested in Japan and Japanese culture and language. She spent a year in Japan with an exchange organisation. Tutor Profile & Photos

ger-cologne(fruittree)100.jpg COLOGNE: my town house is located not far from the river Rhine and the local hospital and 20 minutes from the airport in a middle- class residential area with small gardens, very quiet, you only hear the tram at intervals (I live between 2 tram stops). I have a small front garden with a cherry tree and flowers and a back garden with fruit trees, bushes and flowers to which you have access through a "Wintergarten", a glassed veranda, which in turn connects to the sitting room. The student's  room is on the first floor, spacious and light. The bathroom is between this room and my study with books from floor to ceiling and a laptop with internet connection. We will share, if possible, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. (If you prefer, I can also use the basement facilities for the time of your stay.) Tutor Profile & Photos
