Teaching Qualifications and Experience
Translator and Interpreter of French and Portuguese Language (30.07.1986 university diploma from Humboldt University Berlin - between Bachelor and Master) 2. Interdisciplinary studies on France (18.02.2000 university post graduate diploma from Albert Ludwigs University Freiburg, Germany). I taught German as a foreign language on a private basis long time before I got my licence 2006. My students were so enthousiastic that I got the idea to make teaching German as my profession. After completing my qualification in July 2006, I also worked in a holiday and language camp for foreign students. I have private students and work for language schools in Berlin.

Hobbies and Interests
I like to communicate with people from other cultures, I am very sporty, like to travel within Germany and go abroad. I like cooking, the cinema, exhibitions and museums as well as excursions in the nature (canooing in the region of Spreewald near Berlin). My daughter Josefine no longer lives at home but she is interested in Japan and Japanese culture and language. She spent a year in Japan with an exchange organisation.

Excursions and Local Attractions
Berlin in general, Potsdam e.g. Parc Sanssouci, Rostock (Baltic Sea), Dresden, Leipzig, mountains of Harz (all reachable by local trains).

The teachers's apartment is located in Berlin city near Alexanderplatz.
