EL CAMPELLO (Alicante): a fishing village 10 kilometres from Alicante, south east Spain. It’s a 100 year-old town house with 4-bedrooms refurbished keeping original features, like the stone walls, wooden beams and the stone fireplace that we light every day in the winter. It has a patio with a barbecue, also on the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room, sitting room and a ensuite bedroom with a study area and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, study area and the two large terraces. Most of this floor has a high ceiling with wooden beams. Being a stone house, it tends to be cool in summer and warm in winter, only needing the log fire to heat the house in winter. Tutor Profile and Photos |
