Accommodation, Facilities and Local Area
A white Andulusian style villa with external window grills, situated in old woodland and surrounded by eucalyptus trees, facing the marine promenade and beach. Located only 20 minutes by foot from the shopping and historic area and, therefore, not isoloated. On the gound floor is a lounge, dining room, entrance hall and porch, kitchen and WC. On the first floor are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are wonderful views of the sea and trees. No pets. Car parking in front of the villa. Next door is Maria's mother's house and that of her sister and family, making for lots of social contact. Occasionally the children come visit for work or vacation. The oldest daughter is a psychologist and her husband a lawyer. They often eat at the house sonce they live in Malaga. Another daughter is a lawyer preparing exams in Madrid. Another is a forestry specialist and professeur at Huelva University. The son and his wife are both architects. No young children. No smoking household.
