Teaching Qualifications and Experience
02/07/1999 Degree in Eastern Languages and Litteratures (Japanese) 15/02/2003 - 15/05/2005 I worked at NOVA in Japan (Multimedia Center in Osaka) where I taught Italian to students of all ages through a teleconferencing network. Other duties covered a range of administrative areas including completion of student ability assestments and counseling reports, creation and demonstration of customized lessons for prospective clients. 05/08/2005 I started to be a homestay host and I kept on with Italian language lessons to foreign students.
Hobbies and Interests
Reading, going to cinema, cooking, listening to music, hiking, running, swimming, drawing and painting. My partner is a computer programmer.
Excursions and Local Attractions
Venezia - museums and churches, Cortina d'Ampezzo - hiking on the Dolomiti, Caorle and seaside, Treviso, Vicenza, Verona, Lago di Garda - Il Vittoriale, Padova, Asolo, Bassano del Grappa, Chioggia, Conegliano and winery.
Accommodation, Facilities and Local Area
Our house is quite big and surrounded by a garden with a small gym. Spinea, the town where live and it is quiet and nice. All kinds of shops can be found nearby and there is a library and a big park as well. Every 5 or 10 mins direct buses can take you to Venice's historical center in just 20 mins. There is a main station in Mestre - 10 mins by bus to Spinea. It's easy to reach many famous spots around Venice from our home.
There are 3 bedrooms (2 twins + 1 single) available for student guests. They are all provided with chairs, desks, lamps, baskets, wardrobes. There is a TV in the single room.
Nearest International Airport: Venice Marco Polo and Treviso.
