Accommodation, Facilities and Local Area
UK_Edinburgh2(lounge2)175.jpgWe are witin 15 minutes walk of the centre of Edinburgh, Princes Street. We live in a 2 bedroomed flat which is just off Easter Road. Easter Road itself has shops, with a few cafes and a supermarket all about 2 minutes walk from the flat. There are regular buses running into town if you prefer but it is very easy to walk. On the way to town there is the Omni centre which has many cafes, restaurants,a multi screen cinema and a leisure centre. The Omni Centre is about 10 minutes walk and The Playhouse Theatre is next door to it. We are also on the edge of Holyrood Park where you can climb Arthur's Seat or continue up onto the Royal Mile and the old part of Edinburgh. There is a bus which goes this UK_Edinburgh2(photo1)100.jpgway as well.

Student's room and contents A large twin room with high ceilings. Very sunny, south facing room furnished with twin beds, a wardrobe, dressing table and desk. It is equipped with 2 lamps and a radio/cd player.
