The North Wicklow area facilitates the persuits of horse-riding, golf, archery, fishing, painting, walking, cookery and digital photography, among others.

ire-bray(bedroom)175.jpgBray is the most significant Victorian seaside town in the Republic of Ireland. County Wicklow is known as the Garden of Ireland and over the centuries has been a sought after place to live, consequently there are many gardens and stately homes to visit.

The student has a large, south facing room with a private bathroom. The room has a generous double bed, a tall set of drawers, a writing desk and chair, an armchair and inbuilt wardrobe space. It has two windows. Wireless broadband is available to our guests.

Bray is the finest Victorian seaside town in the Irish Republic with its stunning seafront and mountain backdrop. Our house is beside a mature park and is a three minute walk to the nearest supermarket and bus stop. The town centre is a four minute walk away while the train, north to Dublin, south to the picturesque village of Greystones is a 15 minute walk and situated beside the seafront. Because of its beauty, Bray is surrounded by historic houses and gardens, eg. Powerscourt house and gardens, Kilruddery house and gardens. Bray is also home to the only film studio in Ireland and is the hub of the Irish film industry.
