Fermentelos, Portugal: Fermentelos is a village with an interesting traditional culture of custodianship vis-à-vis the greatest natural lagoon of the Iberic Peninsula that bears its name. Quite near cities like Aveiro and its coastal beaches, it stands in the limit of Bairrada's region. Our home is an exquisite example of the eclectic earthen architecture of the end of 19th century and is located in the very center of the village, proudly displaying an informal but critically museological setting at the ground-floor! |
