Cervantes Escuela Internacional in Malaga Cervantes International Spanish Language School is located in the lovely neighborhood of Pedregalejo, a residential area just 15 minutes east of Malaga's downtown area. Originally a fishing village, Pedregalejo was later annexed by the city of Malaga, though its past can still be seen in the many fishing boats and seafood restaurants which line the neighborhood's picturesque shoreline.
Pedregalejo's beaches are located just a two minute's walk from the school.

Methodology

Our wide professional experience has enabled us to develop a teaching system that combines the communication process with structured grammar that is integrated in the communication itself. In our courses we have integrated: oral comprehension, written comprehension, oral and written expression; and the three objectives: linguistic, communicative and sociocultural.

This method is organised throughout the six levels (Europe common framework of Reference for Languages), to allow you to learn and perfect all the skills of the language according to your requirements, in a form both practical and enjoyable. Through different types of activities you will acquire and perfect the skills of reading, listening, speaking and writing Spanish fluently.

To learn a language means to live it and to do this one must immerse oneself in the culture. We offer our students the opportunity to learn about various aspects of our culture: customs, civilization, history, art & literature.

Social and Cultural Activities

Every week we offer a dynamic, lively and imaginative program of extracurricular activities, which are the perfect complement to your Spanish studies. They will help you to learn new vocabulary and practise what you already know thanks to our highly qualified team of activities and excursions leaders who will answer any query you may have. At Cervantes EI we want you to take part in the activities we offer, so we are always open to your suggestions for new activities and excursions.

The accommodation is an essential part of your stay in Malaga, Spain, that is why Cervantes International pays special attention to its selection, through periodic visits and the feedback from students. Most students select Spanish host family and we highly recommend this choice. However, for those students who wish to be more independent we can highly recommend the School Residence or the Shared Apartments, managed by the Cervantes International School. Whichever option you choose you can be assured of the best quality accommodation which has been inspected and recommended by a member of the Cervantes International school.
