Since 1990, the Italian language school has offered international students the opportunity to learn Italian in Milan, in a friendly and thoroughly enjoyable atmosphere. The school, easily accessible in the centre of Milan, is located in a beautiful art nouveau building of high standard: private study rooms, students' lounge, internet service and a garden are available for the students.
The basic programme consists of 4 lessons each day (15 hours per weeks) from Monday to Friday. Beginners courses start every four weeks but students who already have a knowledge of Italian may join the programme on any Monday. From levels 1 to 9, the programme provides a systematic study of Italian grammar and vocabulary acquisition. Special attention is paid to developing oral and writing skills.
To help you learn to speak fluent Italian, we also offer a minimum two week, combined Italian programme consisting of 6 lessons each day, of which there are 4 group lessons in the morning and 2 individual, personalised lessons in the afternoon. The programme provides intensive study of certain aspects of the Italian language and deals with terminology and vocabulary which is specific to the professional requirements of the participants. Students who already have a knowledge of Italian may join the programme on any Monday.

This programme prepares students for the CILS certificate offered by the University of Sienna at four different levels of Italian. The programme consists of 4 lessons each day for 12 weeks.
Preparation for University Entrance
4 lessons each day for 8 weeks in July and August. Lessons are geared to the entrance examination requirements of the particular faculty chosen by the student.
This programme is available all year in the afternoons and complements the morning programme. 5 lessons each week geared to developing oral and written business communication skills.
This 4 week programme, available in the afternoons all year, consists of 5 lessons each week with a choice of the following topics: History of Art, Italian Literature and Contemporary Italian History. The programme complements the morning language programme.
In order to maintain linguistic and cultural continuity, students are accommodated on a half-board basis with one of our local, selected host families. Studios and apartments are also available.
There are many activities organised by the Italian language school in Milan.
