Academy lci in Sainte-Anne, Caribbean The school is located only 4.5 km from the town centre of Sainte-Anne, away from the urban noise thus more suitable for learning. The setting of the new school offers the opportunity to discover the rich Guadeloupian countryside in one single place.
The school has up to 7 large classrooms. There are a computer-room with four computers with free access to Internet and Wi-Fi, a video-projector, camcorder and a library. Balls are available for students to play football, volleyball, tennis table...
The school is open all year. All employees are certified and experimented. More of them had worked at MLC during minimum 4 years.So we can say that the school exist during 7 years. We took all grievances of ex-students, we change the place and improve our service. Students have more choices now. Students stay generally 3 weeks. So we do a programm on 4 weeks where they can see according to their levels all basic of french language( présent until subjonctif. we respect the europeean norm . A1 A2( beginner) B1 B2(intermédiate) C1 C2(experimented). we also prepare them to the DALF DELF TEF.
Certificates and Diplomas
The student does a written test on line (the oral test takes place at the Academy, on Monday
morning before the class) in order to determine his/her level so that he/she could integrate the corresponding group.
At the end of the training, the student has 2 choices: either he/she passes a test and receives a certificate with a detailed descriptive of his/her competences, or he/she does not want to do the test, in which case he/she receives an attendance certificate mentioning the number of hours of training.
The test is a written test. Concerning the oral test, the student will be evaluated by his/her own teacher.
Moreover, the students have access to internet via the wifi and four computers at their disposal.
They can also consult or borrow books written in French, English and German in the library of the
school as well as in the library of the town centre.
The school does not work with a proper method. The pedagogic equipment is usually genuine
documentation coming from the Medias or literature. Teachers can also create their own implement according to the need of the group.95% of the ex-student were satisfied. That's why we work with small groups(8 students maximum).
Social and Cultural Activities
Intellectual workshops(language/culture): creole, Spanish and English classes. Pronunciation lessons: karaoke to improve your pronunciation with a specific text. Writing workshop
Cultural workshop: Dance (salsa, kuduro, African, oriental, funk hip hop, gwo-ka, zouk) drum lesson (ka: typical in Guadeloupe), drama, self-defense. Handicraft: making a fish with coconut leaves, jewels with Guadeloupean seeds, kites, drawing, painting… and also
On Mondays, contests on the beach: pétanque, beach volleyball, freeze-bee, …
On Wednesdays: games (questions for a champion…). Also, the school has a lot of society games to learn, speech and entertainment.
On Thursday evenings: visit of the market place
On Friday evenings: cinema at school or food discover: bokits, sinobol, agoulou, crêpe, accras...
Our driver purposes all tuesday and Thursday afternoons (12H30-17H30 about) and the week-end to visit the both parts of the island.

Students are accommodated within a radius of around 6 kms from the city centre, which is an opportunity to take advantage of the conveniences (post office, bookshop, town-hall..) and pleasures of town (bars, restaurants, beaches…). They have choice between hostfamily, apartment, hotel...
Excursions and Visits
The going outs are pedagogic and facultative. They are entertaining, but also favourable to linguistic, lexical and cultural activities.
Classes normally take place within the school but they can also take place outside the Academy if the teacher and the group agree so.
