They live in a fabulous Georgian villa, in the pretty town of Duns in south-east Scotland, close to some wonderful beaches, abbeys and country houses. They really enjoy meeting new people from other countries, learning things about their culture and teaching them about their own. Access to the city, shops, theatres, cinemas and leisure activities is only a 10 minute bus journey away and the bus stop is only a few metres from the house. There are green fields and golf course within walking distance of the house. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large sitting/dining room, kitchen, a conservatory and back and front gardens.

Can be walked in 25/30 minutes. 10 minute walk to Arthur's seat and shopping centre. Student's bedroom on the top floor so not suitable for those with limited mobility. Bedroom not en suite but if my son is not at home the bathroom is for sole use of student. Wifi access. Elderly cat who keeps herself to herself! Piano available for use.
